A month today we sadly & very unexpectedly had to have our beloved Owen dog put to sleep. It was truly awful, one of the worst days of our lives. We miss him so very much but would just like to say thank you so much to Brian for the loving & respectful way he treated Owen & us. Also for the professional way he helped us to manage to get through Owens cremation & choose which memorial was right for us. We take comfort from the following advice Brian gave us to remember all the wonderful times & memories shared together with Owen over the years & try hard not to focus on the last day. Thank you again Brian you are a very special person who makes awful times somehow bearable Karen & Richard Wilburn
