Questions or Concerns?

Here are some things we get asked a lot. If you can’t find the answer you need please contact us and we will help the best we can.

Are you open at evenings and weekends?

Yes, we pride ourselves on being here whenever you need us. We’re available Monday – Saturday  7am – 8pm (including bank holidays). We understand that pets don’t always pass away during office hours.

How do I know that my beloved pet will have an individual cremation?

We only offer individual cremations with one family here at a time, so we can 100% guarantee that your pet will never be part of a mass cremation.

We also have an open door policy where you can see the empty cremator (if you really want to). This isn’t recommended, but if it reassures you we’re happy to show you.

Can I stay while the cremation is completed and is there a charge for this?

Yes, you’re welcome to stay in our Family Room and wait while the cremation takes place and say a final goodbye to your loved one in the peaceful surroundings of our Farewell Room. Refreshments are provided (for free) and there’s no charge for these rooms. You’ll find more information about the service we provide here What we do.

Will I get all of my pet's ashes back?

Yes, we only offer individual cremations so nothing can go wrong. The cremator is swept clean before and after each cremation ensuring that the only ashes you will leave with are 100% your pet and as near as humanly possible 100% of your pet.

How long will it take before the ashes are returned?

If a cremation is done in the morning you’ll be able to collect your pet’s ashes later that afternoon. If a cremation is done in the afternoon, your pet’s ashes can be collected later that evening.

Anyone who chooses to stay while the cremation takes place will leave with their pet’s ashes immediately after.

Do you collect?

No, I am sorry we no longer collect as I cannot take the time away from the crematorium. There are many pet transport companies around that will be able to help.

Do you take credit cards?

Yes, you can pay with a credit card, debit card or cash.

Is there a fixed price for cremation?

The price depends on the size of your pet as cremations take longer for larger pets. For more information about our prices see table above.
