Sadly, we lost our darling girl Lottie recently after having her for 20 years. We have used All Pets at Peace previously for our 2 cats before.
Peter greeted us on arrival and was very kind and understanding, sharing lovely stories of his own pets.
The whole experience is very dignified and the setting is very tranquil at a difficult time. We couldn’t have wished for a better send off for our little girl.
I wouldn’t hesitate to get in touch with this kind, caring business again.

I lost my dog Archie a few days ago and was absolutely devastated, a friend of mine told me to contact All Pets at Peace.
Well what can I say, I have had so many animals in my time but this was definitely the most peaceful sendoff I have ever experienced. Peter was so caring and sensitive and made us feel so much more at ease.
Peter brought good wisdom and laughter about his own experiences with his animals I felt like I could have stayed and listen to him all day. I brought Archie back home with me knowing that he got a good send off and a pure cremation on his own and that fills me with peace.

After having said our final goodbyes to our beautiful lurcher boy Frankie at home we went to All pets at peace, it was a cold dark Saturday evening but Tom was out waiting for us, He was so gentle with Frankie and very caring to us and we were able to take our beautiful boy back home with us later that evening which meant so much to us

This is a beautiful place run by lovely people; I would highly recommend it to anyone who has had to say their final goodbyes. Lisa

Thank you so much to Peter and Rachel for making an incredibly difficult day that little bit easier.
After losing our senior family friend to a short, aggressive illness, it made saying goodbye all that much harder. We chose All Pets At Peace as we wanted a service where we could attend and bring them home the same day.
On the phone, they were so incredibly kind and empathetic to our situation and explained the process so we knew what to expect.
Peter greeted us immediately as we arrived and prepared a room so the whole family could attend and say our final goodbyes. We stayed during the cremation and Peter was brilliant at keeping us company and our minds focused – sharing fond stories of Jasper’s life and equally sharing their stories of the many animals who have made an impression on their lives.
We couldn’t be more grateful of the service Peter and Rachel provided. It’s personal, it’s respectful and above all, it is carried out by people who genuinely care for animals and their owners. Jade and Sacha

We can’t thank All Pets At Peace enough for taking care of our Reenie.
Its hard enough losing a pet at the best of times, but our baby girl was only 18 months and was taken from us so suddenly. The whole experience was a lot to process but Peter made things so much easier for us. Knowing she had a personal sendoff meant a lot to us, and the views there were so peaceful.
They are very reasonably priced as well which we are also grateful for as we were not expecting to have to go through this.
Peter gave us time with Reenie before we said goodbye, and sent us home with a lovely poem, condolences, and a cremation certificate with Reenie’s fur inside.
Again, we are very grateful and would like to say a big thank you for all of your help and support. Jessica

After 14 years we lost out beautiful baby Candy. We were recommended to use All Pets at Peace by all of our families and friends. It was a hard decision to make, however I rang on Sunday when they were closed and they still had the compassion to respond to my text.
I was unsure at first because I did not want to let my angel go anywhere other than my arms. However, their kindness and compassion and advice made me realise that this is for the best and I didn’t want my Candy to go anywhere else.
The process made the hardest thing seem like less heavy on our chests. Pete was outside waiting when we pulled up and he gently took our girl. The grounds were beautiful and quiet. Peaceful.
The best thing is you can wait for your pet in the waiting area, which is booked just for your family and you can 100% guarantee that you are only getting your pet back and there isn’t any mishaps. It is done again with pure compassion, love and dignity.
Pete came in the waiting room with us during Candys cremation and spoke to us and listened to us and he made the experience a whole lot less heavy.
If you love your pet, do not go anywhere else. This is what they deserve.

Had a late visit to Peter this evening, my mum and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Peter was very comforting and friendly and helped put a smile on our faces. The little gift bag with the poem, laminated name and fur from my pup. Such a lovely personal touch for such a sad day. We 100% recommend everyone to use Peter and Rachel. Thank you once again.

I cannot recommend All Pets at Peace enough. The hardest thing I have ever had to go through is losing my beautiful baby girl & Peter took such good care of her. The grounds are beautiful.
The only bit of peace I have is knowing I have my girl back home with me. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else.

I worked in pet cremation for almost ten years, my family worked there for almost 30, and I can say without a doubt that this service far exceeds anything that we managed to achieve within a franchise, hands down.
Tom and Peter were unbelievably patient and supportive from the first call, to collecting our beloved girl’s ashes, and as a rescuer of “wonky animals”, I will certainly be seeing them again, though I hope(in the nicest way possible!)that it won’t be for a while!
Highly recommending does not seem like enough, we will be eternally grateful for the diligent and caring service. Anna

Peter was absolutely fantastic when I lost my Shay. He looked after him so well and was so kind all the way through. The poem in the bag was absolutely beautiful. I’m missing Shay terribly but knowing that he had a nice send off gave me the closure I needed.
Thank you so much to Peter and having my whippet urn that looks like Shay and being able to talk to my woo every day is helping me heal so much. Fly high woo. Love you so much. James

After a lot of time and consideration after ill health we had to put our pet dog down and after searching through the internet I found Peter and Rachel. All I can is from first contact to collecting our dogs ashes they have been so considerate and accommodating and I would highly recommend these due to the personal touch beautiful surroundings. We have used All Pets At Peace for several years, originally with Brian and more recently under new ownership. On our most recent visit we dealt with Tom, who was professional and empathetic from the first phone call right up until we had our girl back home with us This is the only place local to us that allow same day cremation and collection (we left our girl in Tom’s care at 8am and she was back with is by 12pm). Really pleased that the same level of service and care has been kept in place. 100% recommended. Claire

We sadly lost our beloved little Lulu yesterday and we just wanted her home the very same day. We were recommended All pets at peace by a family friend so we called Peter and Rachel to book Lulu in for her final journey. We arrived at All pets at peace and we felt comforted, reassured and at ease that Lulu was going to be just fine. Peter settled Lulu in the farewell room which felt beautiful and calm for our final goodbyes. We wasn’t rushed, no talks of money and it was just in our own time. Peter chatted and stayed with us the whole time and kept popping in on Lulu. Lulu’s final journey was a beautiful memory thanks to All pets at peace. Kadie

We sadly lost our labrador Finn, aged 13.5. Rachel and Tom were so kind and helpful and couldn’t do enough to help and ease the situation during what is a very traumatic time. It made Finn’s farewell so dignified and gave us great comfort. Very personal and caring. Thank you. Jo

We suddenly lost our boy Tyson today , rang all pets at peace who got us in for his cremation the same day , Peter and Rachel were outstanding in making us feel at ease with what was such a traumatic time for us . Absolutely amazing service, could not ask for better. Lost our little black cat Kimba much to soon due to the dreaded C. I had been told about this service and it sounded ideal for us. Rachel could not have been better on the phone when I booked, went out of her way to accommodate us. Peter greeted us & went through the process with us, he was caring & considerate throughout & we had the option to wait or collect the ashes later, we chose to call back in the next day (today) Once again when we arrived ( a few minutes late) to collect, Rachel greeted us and again could not have handled things with more care & compassion, they are a credit to the service they provide & deal with people in very difficult circumstances with real understanding. We recently entrusted All Pets at Peace with the cremation of our beloved chihuahua, Hugo, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the kind and professional service we received during such an emotional time. From the moment we arrived, Peter, who handled the service, was compassionate, understanding, and made us feel at ease during a difficult moment. The level of care and attention that Peter provided was truly special. When we received Hugo’s ashes, we felt comforted knowing that he had been treated with the same love and respect we had always given him. We were also incredibly grateful to Peter for fitting us in at such short notice as Hugo unexpectedly passed away during the early hours of the morning and we was able to bring him to peter later on that day. All Pets at Peace truly lives up to its name. If you’re ever in need of a place to help you say goodbye to your beloved pet, we highly recommend this service. The kindness and professionalism shown by Peter made a tremendously difficult experience a little more bearable. Thank you so much for giving Hugo the peaceful farewell he deserved. Beth

After making the heartbreaking decision to let our 16yr old Diva dog rest, we contacted All Pets at Peace, as we have visited previously and felt such remarkable closure on one of our worst days. Peter and Rachel greeted us on our arrival, and gave us one more opportunity to kiss our girl goodnight. They then proceeded to look after our girl, giving numerous updates as we waited to bring her back home with us the same day. Rachel spent time with our girl and prepared our memory bag, whilst Peter took time to chat with us about Diva and shared memories of their own pets ♥️ Kind, compassionate and encouraging us to share our best memories. Having to go through this experience is unbearable. However having people who can make you smile during this experience is remarkable. Thank you so much for making today a little easier 💕. Shelly
