Hi Brian,
Would like to thank you for your service, we had to visit you on Saturday the 13 th January. I was distraught at having to part with my dog Alfie, (much more than just a dog to me). We thought you were a lovely guy, and your kind words helped me, and today when yet again was very upset, because with all the upset at the time of Alfie’s end of life I had forgotten to take some of his fur as a token of him, my husband produced a card and lock of his fur, it was such a bitter sweet comfort, thank you so very very much, it means the world to me,.
